Lemonade Pie


•1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
•3/4 cup lemonade concentrate, melted
•2-4 drops yellow food coloring, optional
•1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed
•1 store bought or homemade graham cracker pie crust (I get the kind with extra servings, over 8 inches)

In a large bowl, combine milk, lemonade, and food coloring, if desired. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into crust. Chill until serving. If desired, garnish with lemon slices.

Kay Rhodes used to make a version of this pie that was a little different. This one is my own recipe, altered from a version I found on the internet.
